FAQ
IF I ONLY HAVE A TEAM OF THREE, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?
Yes, however you will be placed in the teams of four category and get more riding in!
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PARTICIPATE?
The minimum age to participate is eight years old with parent waivers signed. The 8-11 age category will run half laps of the course.
IS THERE A YOUTH CATEGORY FOR THE SOLO DIVISION?
No, there is only solo men and solo women's. Solo youth athletes would race in those categories.
ARE THEre PRIZES?
Top finishers in each category will get medals and some cool rider swag.
SHOULD I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
There will be on-site catering from 11am - 8:30pm and a beer garden from 4pm - 9pm.  Included in your entry fee is an evening pig roast and a beer. There will be energy drink and rider food available all day. If you have any special dietary requirement, then you should bring your own food.
HOW TECHNICAL IS THE COURSE?
90% of the course is smooth single track with punchy climbs and fast, windy decents. There are no mandatory jumps or gaps. The difficulty of the course is dependent on the speed you ride.
ARE RACERS ALlowed ON THE COURSE FOR WARM-UP?
Yes, racers will be allowed on course from 6am - race start.
ARE PEOPLE ALlOweD TO PRE-RIDE THE COURSE?
The course is on private property and racers are only permitted to ride on race day. However, we run weekly course pre-rides from 6pm to 8pm every Monday until race day.
Is there water and power available on site?
Yes. There will be a bike wash and power on site, but limited outlets.
Is there a bike Check?
No. Riders are responsible for handling their own bikes.
Can i bring my family to the event, even if they are not racing?
Yes. Family and spectators are welcome. There will also be a kids race at noon for younger kids.
if i'm on a relay team, can i do more than one lap at a time?
Yes, riders on a relay team are in complete control of how many laps they do at a time, and who they choose to send on course.
Is there any onsite mechanical support?
No. Riders and teams are responsible for maintenance of their own equipment.
Will the event proceed if it rains?
Yes. The event will run rain or shine.
Am i allowed to come and camp Before and after the event?
Yes. Contact the event organizers to request permission.
