We are taking orders for our annual Glenridge Beef Sale! Our beef is lean, grass-fed, and raised on certified organic pasture. We’ve had wonderful feedback in past years and are excited to offer it again.

Pricing and Amounts

This year's price is $11.25 per hanging pound.

Average sizes:
  • Whole cow: ~600 lbs hanging weight
  • Half: ~300 lbs hanging weight
  • Quarter: ~150 lbs hanging weight
 
A quarter usually costs $1600-$1700 and yields 100-110 lbs of packaged meat.
 
$200 required deposit with order.

Important details
  • $200 deposit required (goes toward your total).
  • Pickup will be mid–late October (exact dates to come).
  • Payment: cheques (to Glenridge Acres) or e-transfer (glenridgeacres@gmail.com).
  • Invoices sent once weights are confirmed (shortly before pickup).
  • You’ll get an email confirming your order.
What’s included

A mix of steaks, ribs, roasts, and ground beef. You can choose how it’s cut (types of steaks/roasts, ground meat amount). You can also add sausage, soup bones, and organs.
