Throwdown Thursdays
Presented by 12 hours of Glenridge
Throwdown Thursdays is our way of providing local high level racing. This Offroad-Time-Trial format on the 9km 12 Hours of Glenridge private race course is fast, flowy, and technical enough for seasoned pros yet easy enough for those newer to racing. The 80 acre private venue provides adequate social distancing, parking, and room for that pre/post race chat we've all been missing.

Venue opens at 6pm. Racing starts at 7pm.
Dates:
3 Race Dates:
June 10th, 17th, and 24th. Sep 9th
Time:
Venue opens at 5pm. Race start 6pm. Fastest racers first.
Format:
Offroad Time Trial. Modified 12 Hours of Glenridge course.
Distance:
“A” group: 3 laps. “B” group: 2 laps. C group: 1 lap. Elite racers clock sub 20 min laps.
Racers select category during race sign-on.
Timing:
Strava timing for full course and segments. Hand timing for official results. Results posted on the website via webscorer.
Race plates:
Race plates will be provided.
Registration:
Via CCN. No onsite cash. Currently a 50 racer cap.
Insurance:
Cycling BC license required, or purchase day of license online.
LoCATION:
7585 Lefeuvre Rd Abbotsford. Private property. Registered racers only.
fIRST aID
No organized first aid on-site.
Bathrooms:
No proper bathroom facilities on-site. Plan ahead or use the forest.
Cost:
$30 per race or $75 for the series. If you want to participate in more than one event, or challenge for the series, simply select the dates you want to race during registration process. Race capacity is currently set to 50 racers per night, so register early to secure your spots.
